Description:

The Principality of Andorra was ruled by the head of government of France and a Spanish Bishop. Despite Spanish neutrality, Andorra formally declared war on Germany though did not participate in any fighting. Andorra wasn't invited to sign either the Treaty of Versailles nor the Peace with Honour and thus a state of war would continue until 1936 when the discrepancy was discovered and the two nations honorably signed a peace treaty.
