Ivan Ivlov, a respected Russian children's doctor was traveling in the Altai Mountains in Southern Russia when he appeared to of spotted a family of man-like creatures standing on a mountain slope. Using a pair field glasses, Ivlov saw what looked like a male, female and small child about half a mile away. Ivlov and his Altai driver saw observed the "family" for some time until finally the three creatures disappeared behind a jutting rock. the driver told Ivlov that these animals are common in the area, though once a skeptic, Ivlov decided to interview his children patients in the area to see if the children in the area to see if they had seen such creatures, and many had.
