Self-described 'Authoritarian political philosopher' Luka Pavić publishes Vladati ('To rule' in english) a political treatise extolling the virtues of swift and direct rule and criticizing what he called the 'unrepresentative and unresponsive' nature of Earth's democratic governments. In the short term, his work would provide inspiration for the soon to form Frieden movement. In the long term, Vladiti would form the legal basis for the neofedualist Noble House of the Inner Sphere as well as Kaiser Rudolf von Goldenbaum. Through their legacy, the influence of Vladati contiunes to modern day.
