The black hand was a terrorist organization from Serbia. They assassinated Franz and his wife on june 28th 1914. The assassin hopped onto his car during a parade and shot them both. The Austrians told the Siberian government to hand over the black hand but the didn't and that was the beginning of world war one.(Battles, Singifiacant Person)
