Description:
The 10th Amendment states that the powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people. This Amendment give more power towards the States because any power that is not explicitly said in the Constitution goes to the states. Although the powers aren't defined for the States, this give them more power to help balance out federal versus state power.
