Description:
Authorized by the United Kingdom, the Hudson's Bay Company transferred control of Rupert's Land and the North-Western territory to the Kingdom of Vesperia. In return, Vesperia was to pay the HBC £300,000; additionally, the HBC retained rights to 20% of the arable land in the territory.
The ceded Territory would become known as the Northwest Territories, which included the Districts of Ouisconsin, and Nova Albion; the District of Wisconsin with a much larger population would become the seventh province of Vesperia, while Nova Albion became a new territory.
