Description:

Following the Ceasefire offered by President Albert Mayer in the First Mexican-American War, the Treaty of Montréal was signed, mediated by British Negotiators.

1.) Mexico must cede the Alta California and Nuevo Mexico territories north of the 37th parallel to the United States of America.

2.) Mexico is to recognize both the Independence of the Republic of Texas, as well as it's annexation by the United States of America.

3.) .The eastern border is established as the Nueces river until the 30th parallel, then proceeding west until hitting the Pecos River. From there, the border follows the Pecos river until hitting the 100th Meridian West, it then goes north until hitting the 30th parallel.

5.) Mexico must make peace with the rebel groups along the new US border [including but not limited to; the Bear Flag Revolts, the North Mexican Revolt and the Republic of the Rio Grande] within 4 months of the Peace of Havana [By October 14th].

5.) The United will retract any support of rebel groups within Mexico's borders.

6.) The United State military is to leave any and all Mexican Territory.

7.) The United States must pay 25 million dollars to the Mexican government for the territory.
