Description:

The Treaty of Ghent is signed in Belgium, ending the Great Lakes War. The terms against the United States for their aggression are harsh.

1.) The United States must cede the Michigan, Territory, Indiana, and Ohio north of the 41° parallel and west of the Maumee River to the Tecumseh Confederacy, with its capital in Lansing. This state is established as a British Protectorate.

2. The United States must cede all lands within 15 milometers of the Saint Lawrence river to the Province of Quebec.

2.) The United States must cede the Illinois Territory north of the 41° parallel to the Hudson's Bay Company. It will be administrated as the District of Ouisconsin and administrated from Fort Dearborn.

3.) The United States must cede the Maine District of New Hampshire Northeast of Kennebec River to the United Kingdom. This Colony will be administrated as the Province of New Ireland, with it's capital in Bangor.

6.) The United States must either return the land sold in the Louisiana Purchase to Spain, or repurchase the territory from Spain. (They choose to repurchase the territory)

7.) The United States must grant the British Royal Navy unrestricted access to the Mississippi River and its tributaries.

8.) The standing American Military must be 3/4 the size of the Military presence in British North America for 15 years.

9.) American Fishing rights of the coasts of Newfoundland are suspended for the next 30 years.
