Description:

Confederate officials celebrate the New Century by officially sponsoring the Richmond Zoo's "Touring People Zoo" which includes a number of people of all races and creeds, as well as deformities and oddities. The main attraction was a group taken from the Free Guinea Confederacy, to represent the "civilisational progress" made in the African lands since the Dixons showed up.
