This period of global restoration would be the era by which brought peace and prosperity back to those who lost everything within the great war. Times were tough, but TREE wanted to repair Earth back to it's former pre-war glory once again. With the assistance of practically everyone left in the world that could come into contact with this organization contributed in some way; either by financially supporting their broad operations or enlisting within a Terran Task Troop who's duties and responsibilities were to clean Earth and enforce the mandatory obligations set to protect what little left Earth-dwellers had.
