In other words, it gave more hope to Americans that even through tribulation, they have and will succeed by overcoming seemingly impossible odds yet again to once and for all achieve victory over the now Russian Federation. Though the dawn of the Soviets had ended, a new era of peace, prosperity and adventure awaited anyone and everyone willing enough to venture amongst the new unknown; the final frontier: space.
