Not willing to accept defeat from the Soviets after losing much of what was the space race, many Americans working for variously assorted space agencies proclaim their official declaration of alliance between several international astronomical organizations as a means of retaining some form of dignity and respect. Thus, after years of development, the first solar probe was crafted and launched to survey our solar system of Sol in an attempt to retrieve information and statistics that even the Union had yet to achieve themselves.
