202 NTAfter his idea is generally ridiculed, Martnus Sandas founds the "Truth About Earth Foundation" as a platform for a major campaign. Initially only his peers take any real notice; Sandas is not deterred, however, and with characteristic stubbornness he manages to make contact with Nyana Gunne, a great-granddaughter of the hero Nathan R. Gunne
himself.
Nyana, taking her first steps in politics at this time, was less than overwhelmed by Sandas and his ideas. An interview she will give in 205 NT sums up her opinion rather succinctly:
"Martinus Sandas is a weirdo, a fanatic... a flash in the pan. This time next year nobody will even remember his name, I'm certain."
