Description:
The Winterblossom starts to explore space and solar systems beyond the Earth gate. From this point, contact was possible only via messengerdrones, which carried recorded messages and their responses between the ship and Earth.
The crew is comprised of twelve scientists drawn from widely different fields. In overall command is the astronomer Dr. René Farnham; Dr. Peter Ondronov, an astrophysicist, is the First Officer. The remainder is as follows: Dr. Akira Desu and Dr. Ramon Noble (engineering); Dr. Elaine Sutton and Dr. Yuri Kawashima (biology); Dr. Jon Caloni and Dr. Claudia White (geology); Dr Hazel Park (mineralogy); Dr. Peter Gellen (mathematics); Dr. Nakadah Simaru (medicine), and Dr. Katya Poljśak (psychology).
