On February 25th, 1968 the Seales house is broken into by the Berkeley Police. The break in was completely unwarranted and the Seales and the Black Panthers held rallies and marches to protest, again the police brutality. The charges to commit murder were dropped by the police showing the importance that the Black Panthers were working to gain some ground for African Americans.Added to timeline:
