Description:

The Berkeley Vietnam Day Committee held to protest the Vietnam war in 1965 the first during October and the second occurring in November to protest. Most of the groups in the Vietnam day protests to conduct teach-ins, rallies and then to march to the Oakland Army Base to urge soldiers to refuse to go to war and this became a massive movement and led to the huge anti war protests that continued in the years to follow.
