Description:

The Munich Pact was the way allied forces were going to appease Adolf Hitler. They told Hitler that he was allowed to acquire the Sudetenland, but not Czechoslovakia. The agreement was thought to be intact and to followed completely by Germany, but instead Hitler wanted more land in the deal and pressured the other two powers of else he would start invading other countries. On March 15th, 1939, Hitler officially broke the pact and started to invade other countries like Czechoslovakia and Poland and that is officially when Britain declared war on Germany.
