sep 24, 1957 - Eisenhower sends in Federal Troops

Description:

After the ruling of the historic Brown v Board of Education, Little Rock’s school board agreed to let in a group of 9 African American students into their all white school. Many local segregation group help protest and blocked the student from entering the building, and because the Governor was not helping much with the issue Eisenhower has to send in Federal Troops the escort the students around. They were picked up in the morning, and then escorted from class to class.
