Description:

A Fatah explosive failed to detonate in Israel. The failure was greatly publicised by Israel with the intention of reinforcing the idea that the Palestinians were dangerous and should be hated. Actually, it just made the Israelis scared and made Arafat into a hero for the Palestinians.
