Description:

In 1937 FDR tried to pack the court. He tried to move the number of Supreme court judges up to 15, adding 6. The reason for this is because in years past they struck down many of FDR’s New Deals and FDR wanted to have a better chance in passing his New Deals. Many noticed what he was doing and shut it down.
