The Planning Commission members are told to drink a glass of “poison" as on of the first "White Nights." A White Night was a night that members of the Temple would prepare for a night that they would have to all die for the cause. On the night of January 15th, the Planning Commission drank what they were told was poison from Jim. They were all waiting to die when they were told it was a test and they all passed.
