UK wants a Air Agreement. The Main Danger of a War comes from the east (Poland, Russia). Since Germany is willing to conclude Non-Aggression Treaties with his surrounding states. France is willing to negotiate on that basis as well. Hitler has now the initiative and make a first step towards peace. The UK is not only concerned about the Armament of Germany but also about other German affairs.
