- Germany will be equal
- All states oblige not to heighten their Armaments
- Germany joins this convention, under equality aslong there will be no endangering of any europian Power
- All states will oblige to a human warfare and avoidance of certain Weapons against civilians
- Every state will control this themself
- The EU Nation will uphold the Peace under a non-aggression pact, which will be renewed every 10 years
