Description:

This was a protest that occured in 1963. 250,000 peopl gathered in front of the Lincoln Memorial to draw attention to the inequalities that African Americans faced. MLK was the last to speak- his speech was supposed to be about 4 minutes long, but ended up being around 16. It is one of the most famous civil rights moments in history.
