On January 24, 2013, North Korea states its plan to continue nuclear testing despite the many attempts by the United States to stop them. They plan to begin testing new and higher-level nuclear bombs and missiles that they plan to use on the United States. This statement is significant because not only has North Korea declared themselves nonnegotiable, but they have confirmed intentions of attempting to hit the United States.
