Description:

HUAC is the House of Un-American Activities Committee and was formed to investigate fascist and communist activities in the US. They are known for doing much investigation in the movie industry in Hollywood that resulted in a blacklist and the known group the “Hollywood Ten”. In January 1975 the HUAC was terminated.
