Description:
The Civilian Conservation Corps was a federal government agency that was created to find immediate conservation work in the nation’s forests and parks. It provided jobs for hundreds of thousands unskilled young men between the ages 18 and 25. They planted trees, building reservoirs and forest trials, they also had training while working in the CCC.
