Description:
In 1850 laws were trying to settle in slave and free states. Some laws were; slave trade banned in Washington D.C, Popular sovereignty in Mexican territories, and stricter slave laws. This lead to the Civil War because of the laws that people were trying to pass, stricter slave laws made the South more powerful which made the North angry.Added to timeline:
