President Woodrow Wilson of the U.S. disliked the president of Mexico, Victoriano Huerta. The U.S. tried to control who was in power, they liked Diaz, but hated Huerta. There were many presidents during the time of the revolution, some were liked and others were disliked, and because of all the turnovers of power, there was political instability in the government
