Description:
The Keating-Owen Act banned Child Labor for industry's making products that entered into interstate commerce, but was later declared unconstitutional by the Supreme Court. The Adamson Act established the eight-hour workday for all 1.7 million train employees in interstate commerce, it also had a provision for overtime pay.
