may 17, 1954 - Brown vs Board 2

Description:

In this court case, the Supreme Court set rules about what schools actually needed to do to desegregate and planed out how to do so. It also explained how the US government would make sure the schools desegregated. This made it mandatory for all school desegregate because separate was not equal. Evidence for this ruling can be taken from the Clarks doll test which is cool because it was the first time a psychological study was used in a court case.
