Description:

Also known as the Coercive Acts were a bundle of acts passed by British Parliment to crack down on colonial rebellion. The Massachusetts Government Act banned town meetings without approval and cut down the colonies freedom. The Quartering Act made citizens house British soldiers. The Quebec Act extended the southern boundary of Quebec and granted religious tolerance to Catholics.
