Description:

The March on Washington was a protest in 1963. 250,000 people were gathered in front of the Lincoln Memorial. It was to draw attention to inequalities that African Americans faced. Martin Luther King Jr. was the last to speak at the march. His speech was supposed to be around 4 minutes long. But was actually around 16. It is one of the most famous civil rights movements in history.
