An organization of Epic criminals and terrorists makes themselves known.Having worked in the shadows recruiting over the last 3+ years since the Accords they make their first move. After a video is mass transmitted where they publicly declare their views and intentions, they nuke NYC, Geneva, Vienna, The Hauge, and Lyon. All sites with major UN and Interpol offices.
This causes an uproar and at fist a major crackdown on Epics.
The next 2 years becomes a wave of terror.
