Description:
Because the people who are empowered is random, some of them are more villainous. Some of the more criminally minded start using their powers for personal gain and become Super Villains or Epic Villains.The more heroic Epics start fighting these Villains often wearing masks which quickly evolve into costumes. The Super Heroes become increasingly popular with many people. However some fights at higher level power scales become dangerous and cause mass destruction and chaos.
