Represenative: "Mr. Stone, could you tell us what happened on the morning of January 17th, 1999?"

Ralph: "Yes, it was pretty early in the morning, I was living in Valentine at the time. Must've been about 6 AM. I heard screams coming from the tree line, a figure, about 15 feet tall I'd have to guess. I went to grab my camera and recorded the footage you're seeing here."

Represenative: "Why did you stop recording?"

Ralph: "It was getting cold, and the figure was walking toward the forest. By that point, it disappeared. The whole time I watched it, it was wailing, almost as if it was in agony. I was planning to movie back home to Des Moine prior to this event, but this was what really did it for me."

Represenative: "Thank you, Mr. Stone, for your cooperation."
