"In November of 1999, a private sector investigations group sought to uncover the truth behind the events of early 1999 and bring justive to the lives lost at the hands of HOME and the United States Government. Due to the scale of the event, information leakage was abundant, allowing for the investigation committee to put together a strong case against the United States Government. Additionally, the committee interviewed first-hand witnesses of the STARKILL, AZ-001, and the cascade regression event. Former HOME employees testified to the actions HOME had taken during the STARKILL crisis. These recordings were confiscated by the United States Government following the case hearing."
