"Following [BRAVO-8 & Dr. Vega's converstation], HAZARD OPERATIVE BRAVO-8 was ordered to terminate Dr. Stanley Vega. While this interaction was taking place, which lasted less than 5 minutes, over 30 STARKILL samples were released out of the BSL-4 lab by other psychologically contaminated researchers. HOME researchers and personnel were rapidly assimilated into the STARKILL bio,ass, triggering a lockdown of the lower levels. The upper levels were evacuated and sent to the offsite Quarantine Facility for evaluation. Psychologically contaminated personnel were subsequently terminated at the Quarantine Facility."
