"Given the threats posed by the Neural Strain Combination Phase hub at Diamond, Wyoming, strategists at the HOME Department of Hazard Containment devised a plan to eliminate the target, including all research samples. 3 orbital directed energy weapon satellites would be launched from a heavy payload rocket. In geosynchronous orbit, they would be aligned in such a way to account for spatial dilation in the anomaly field. At the exact moment of fire, all lab samples at HOME Primary Headquarters would be incinerated. This new array of orbital DEWs, the STARFALL ARRAY, was commission by Dr. James Gardner.
