"Hazard teams arrived within 45 minutes of the initial meltdown to cool off the area using waterbombing. Within the following hour, ground teams consisting of special LIGHTBRINGER operatives arrived on scene. These LIGHTBRINGERS were equipped with the special anomaly observation equipment to handle anomalistic zones at the Rockford Site. These LIGHTBRINGERS were known as HYPERLIGHTBRINGERS. HYPERLIGHTBRINGERS scanned for and disabled any remaining Hypercore Strain instances prior to research personnel arriving on the scene.
