"On 11/24/1979 this Human skull was found on the ground near Angeles Crest Highway approx. 7 miles N. of Mt. Wilson in La Canada, CA" (LACME).

"Location: La Cañada Flintridge, Los Angeles County, CA. [...] Skull only located in Angeles National Forest, north of Angeles Crest Hwy" (NamUs).

"The skull was found at Angeles Crest Highway mile marker 44.99. The area was near a turnout in the road" (DN).

COD BFT with an instrument such as a ball peen hammer. Est. PMI 1978 to 1979. 17-23yo, white and/or Hispanic.

Reasons proposed: Demographics, time period, SoCal (especially specifically LA County); COD BFT, dumped on side of highway, only partial clothing found

Reasons against: Distance from epicenter of dump sites; possibly Hispanic (Kraft only preyed on white, non-Hispanic young men)
