Heart9147 submitted a request to the Inostropian Senate asking for his village, The End, to be granted city status. This was an important step in his broader political plans, as gaining influence would eventually strengthen his position regarding control of the End Portal, which at the time was administered by the city of Krasnoye. The proposal was brought before the Senate and received unanimous support. Every senator who participated in the vote approved the request. As a result, The End was officially elevated from a village to a city, becoming a new urban center within Inostropia.
