"His body was found Oct. 5, 1971. [...] Prosecutors estimate the time of his death as two weeks earlier. [...] He was last seen at the Stables Bar in Sunset Beach, where he was a bartender. [...] 'Stable' is the first entry on the Kraft list, and prosecutors claim Dukette is the earliest Kraft victim" (1988 Scorecard).

I could not find any contemporary newspaper sources reporting on this murder. The earliest newspaper mentions of Dukette that I could find are various articles from the late 1980s about Randy Kraft, his trial, and the scorecard.
