Facts that could go either way: Body found inside sleeping bag, unknown state of dress at time of discovery, car stolen then abandoned (similar to confirmed victim James Reeves), 1977 is only year from 1971-1983 in which Kraft is not known to have killed, personal items found scattered in other areas

Reasons against: Current working theory is that he (Scott) picked up a hitchhiker (rather than other way around; Kraft liked having control by having the victim in his car or residence); county/location (about 40mi from the nearest confirmed dump site as the crow flies, longer when exact)
