Reasons proposed: Age, race, possible sex, time period, SoCal; location (very close to later confirmed victim, as well as in same area as multiple other unidentified decedents in general); found only partially clothed, + no shoes found; wrapped in sheets; dumped on side of road

Reasons could go either way: Sex unknown (i.e., may be female, and if that's the case then definitely not a Kraft victim); 1+ limbs & 1+ hands missing (possibly due to partial dismemberment, or instead result of decomp./animal interference); possibility of foul play uncertain (though likely considering method of disposal); COD unknown, therefore uncertain if matches with Kraft's MO (i.e., could be gunshot)
