Description:

"Found by a Caltrans worker Thursday [1/27/83] in ice plant along the northbound offramp of the 605 Freeway, Seal Beach police said. [...] The worker found the body at 11:10am" (TDB 1/28/83).

"A young man's body was found Jan. 26 [sic] in the foliage near the 605 Freeway in Seal Beach" (OCR 2/13/83).

"Found Jan. 26 [sic] in Seal Beach. However, [police] said they still had no clues as to how long he had been in California or where he had been staying" (EDTA 2/20/83).
