Description:

"At approximately 9pm on last Aug. 2 [1974], a motorist crossing the intersection of Windham Avenue and Van Camp Road in Long Beach spotted a body sprawled halfway down a sharp embankment near the intersection and called police. Officers said the man, identified as Thomas Paxton Lee, [...] apparently had been shoved or thrown from an auto on Windham Avenue several hours before" (LBPT 10/27/74).
