jan 1, 1955 - Brown v Board of Education II
Description:
In Brown v Board of Education II, this case created rules that the schools needed to follow, and how the schools can desegregate. This court case was building off of the original Brown v Board of Education case and aimed to provide relief and a solution to the issue they were facing in schools. The NAACP encouraged that de-segregation started right away, and was very supportive of this decision.
