Description:
On the 23rd of august, Germany and Russia signed a non aggression pact, they were committed never to attack each other. Hitler was going after Poland and he knew that taking over would bring him in conflict with Soviet Union and a declaration of war from France and Britain. Soviet Union like Russia signed a pact but secretly with Germany. The pact was agreed to divide Poland between them.
