19h 5min, feb 10, 2026 y - SOURCE OF INFECTION: Physician's H&P note"s/p R PCN placement/hypotension/sepsis- Following right nephrostogram and nephrotomy tube placement on 2/10, patient developed fever to 100.9, HR 105, BP 80s/40s. Received NS 250cc/hr from 5pm-12pm, total 1.5L, but with persistent hypotension 90s/50s. Lactate 1.1, WBC 12.1. Meets criteria for sepsis given leukocytosis, fever, tachycardia, and SBP <90, though not shock given normal lactate."
